Are you someone who would like to learn a trade and grow with a company The primary responsibility of a Builder is to carefully assemble trusses under the direction of the lead truss builder. Ideal candidates should display a positive and proactive attitude strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize. Qualified applicants will have the ability to utilize critical thinking skills to identify issues and to both work independently and as a team member. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 22 Hour Responsibilities Include Work with partner to assemble Pods to meet required production goals Assemble components accurately thoroughly and quickly to approved specifications Double-check connections to ensure they match and report issues to the Supervisor Inform supervisors of any defects in equipment or individual parts Qualifications There is no minimal educational requirement but specialized training can help laborers advance Verifiable work history that shows professional skills and experience Strong work ethic Some assignment have additional screening requirements such as background checks and or drug tests
