The PeopleReady located at Leesburg Florida 34748 is currently hiring a Grader Job Description Inspects coated material for defects and conformance to machining specifications by performing the following duties. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 16.50 Hour - 1750 Hour Shift Timing -1st Shift (Day) & 3rd Shift (Night) Responsibilities Visually examines and feels surface of rubber coated material to detect defects such as bond failure scratches bubbles and other blemishes. Verifies conformance of coated material to dimensional specifications. Records all defects on defect log. Completes Nonconforming Condition Report (NCR) in the event of excessive defects. Retrieves Job Sheet Standard Manufacturing Procedure (SMP) from Plexus and reviews for setup procedures. Uses micrometer to measure material thickness of in-process and sample materials. Cuts material samples at beginning and ending of each master coil. Maintains coating records by documenting line speed thickness chemical mixtures bond results etc. in Plexus. Assists in line setup including responsibilities of material changeovers and assurance to Job Sheet SMP. Assists in finished master coil removal and startup of new master coils. Enters information from labels of new master coils and rubber drums into Plexus for inventory and traceability purposes. Labels finished coils by listing footage material grade and date. Assists in start up shut down and changeover of coating line. Cleans tools equipment machines and work area. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications. Attention to Detail - Able to be alert in a high-risk environment follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data carefully monitor gauges instruments or processes concentrate on routine work details and maintain a system of records. Quality - Able to maintain high standards do work right the first time and inspect material for flaws reinforce excellence as a fundamental priority. Interpersonal Communication Skills - Able to share due credit with coworkers display enthusiasm and promote a friendly group working environment work closely with other departments as necessary support group decisions and seek opinions from coworkers and display team spirit.
