The PeopleReady located at Leesburg Florida 34748 is currently hiring a Line Operator Job Description Ensures that various mixtures (i.e. coating primer and graphite) are replenished and replaced as necessary. Monitors quantity of raw substance at unwinder and splices next coil onto previous metal material as required. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 16.50 Hour - 17.50 Hour Shift Timing -1st Shift (Day) 3rd Shift (Night) & Weekends Responsibilites Accelerates required coatings and primers. Operates joiner to combine new master coil with existing master coil. Obtains wash tank samples to test for pH and makes adjustments accordingly. Cleans tools equipment machines and work area. Performs Coating Line Inspector responsibilities in absence of Coating Line Inspector. Reads required measuring devices. Accomplish required set-up changes during changeover. Deposits liquid and solid scrap material into appropriate satellite storage drum. Adjusts various equipment to conform to specifications. Ensures that hazardous waste accumulations are properly stored and documented. Troubleshoots various quality concerns encountered during production. General knowledge of basic mechanical principles. Notifies supervisor of safety or quality concerns. Performs other duties as assigned by Lead Operator and or Supervisor. Qualifications Attention to Detail - Able to be alert in a high-risk environment follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data carefully monitor gauges instruments or processes concentrate on routine work details and maintain a system of records. Quality - Able to maintain high standards do work right the first time and inspect material for flaws reinforce excellence as a fundamental priority. Interpersonal Communication Skills - Able to share due credit with coworkers display enthusiasm and promote a friendly group working environment work closely with other departments as necessary support group decisions and seek opinions from coworkers and display team spirit.
