Bake mixed doughs and batters. Create new recipes of baked goods for sale. Frost and decorate the cakes and other baked goods. Manage the quality of products to meet established standards. Determine type and quantity of goods and coordinate production schedules. Operate baking machinery and maintain the condition of the machinery. Inspect kitchen and baking areas according to safety protocols. Job requirements Experience 2 3 years of commercial baking experience is required. Education Completion of secondary school is required.
