They handle all aspects of the move from beginning to the end. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 15 Hour. Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day). Responsibilities Include Sales support - Scheduling surveys Creating estimates for cost of services Directing Phone Calls Registering all shipments in the van lines systems Scheduling and coordinating any special requests of the shipper such as other vendor services (appliance servicing special crating auto shipping etc.) Qualifications Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience working in a fast paced office environment as well as Excellent customer service skills Must be a self-starter and able to work independently Good organizational skills - follow processes and procedures in place Good communication skills - Ability to communicate with corporate level employees as well as de-escalated irate customers if needed Ability to work in multiple programs at one time - switching back and forth on multiple screens Ability to schedule plan and multi-task Ability to work overtime as needed Must be a team player and work well with others while maintaining a positive attitude.
