The PeopleReady located at Maple Plain Minnesota 55359 is currently hiring a Machine Operator Job Description IMMEDIATE OPENINGS WITH A GROWING COMPANY IN YOUR AREA The work in rotational molding is very physically demanding and the working conditions can be very hot. Machine Operators will be lifting 60 pounds throughout their day. They will be doing a lot of moving around and up and downstairs. The temperature in the building can get very hot. Not so bad in the Wintertime but in the Summer it will be warm. Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 18 Hour - 18.50 Hour Shift Timing -1st Shift (Day) & 2nd Shift (Evening) Responsibilities Include Conduct tool mold changes Inspection of molded and assembled components Conduct secondary operations such as routering and flaming Conduct urethane foaming tasks as required Assure paperwork procedures are being followed Keep work areas clean and organized Promote a positive and productive working environment Suggest cost savings or cycle time reduction ideas Be flexible to support various operations within the department Document updates to work instructions as required Other duties as assigned Qualifications Manufacturing production machinery experience preferred but not required Ability to multitask show flexibility and have great attention to detail No Experience Required
