Situated inside an opulent 5-star hotel in the city?s iconic Business Bay, Dhyana Dubai provides unrivaled views of the Downtown area and the opportunity to practice Yoga, Pilates and fitness classes whilst looking out at the world?s tallest skyscraper. Regina has been practicing yoga for over a decade and recently fell in love with Joseph Pilates signature training method. She decided to open her own fitness studio and follow her dreams after a long career in the fitness industry, including stints as a fitness instructor with the highly-regarded Taj Hotel group in India. We offer a range of Yoga and Pilates classes to suit all levels and ages. Our skilled teachers have trained at some of the world?s most prestigious Yoga and Pilates schools and hail from all over the world. They are handpicked based on both their knowledge of Pilates and Yoga, and their ability to help students to be the best they can be. Combined, they are fluent in more than 8 languages including Hindi, English, Russian, Romanian, Punjabi, French, Arabic, and Spanish. Our group Pilates classes never have more than 4 students at any session, and we offer a variety of Yoga training including Power Yoga, Hatha Yoga, our namesake Dhyana Flow Yoga as well as private one-on-one tuition.
