Assign employees to duties and prepare work schedule. Resolve issues that may occur including customer requests complaints and supply shortage. Maintain inventory and order merchandise. Sell and manage returns of merchandise Authorize payments by cheque Hire and train new staff and oversees and report on employee performance. Ensure the maintenance of the store such as visual standards of pipes and vaping products displays of pipes signage of products and cleanliness. Perform as key holder and managerial duties. Job requirements Language English Experience 2 3 years of experience in retail sales or cashier experience required. Education Completion of secondary school is required.
