Electronic Hardware Design Engineer - Akron Canton OH - JOB 21-00516 Salary Range 75K - 90K Permanent Position with benefits Due to a sustained growth in business a medical device manufacturer located southwest of Akron is seeking an Electronic Hardware Design Engineer for their team. This company is located in a semi-rural area with great schools a low cost of living and easy access to larger metropolitan areas. The Electronic Hardware Design Engineer will be responsible for designing electronic circuits for products test and prototype devices. Circuit designs will include audio power and microprocessor circuits. This position will be a hybrid position. A mix of remote and in office work. REQUIREMENTSBachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering OR equivalent education and experience required. 3 years experience in designing microprocessor-based products preferred. Must have the design skills necessary to develop products that comply to ESD and EMI and other regulatory and safety requirements. 2 years experience in analog design including audio and power circuits preferred Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to work well in a team environment. Must have very good decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Must have a good understanding of a wide variety of digital and analog circuit designs. Must be able to produce clear and accurate schematic designs. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
