Construction Site Managers work in close coordination with Project Managers helping to ensure the successful completion of projects within the allowed budget and time constraints while maintaining high quality standards responsible Environmental Health and Safety management and effective communication with all team members and project stakeholders. Shift Timing All Shift available Responsibilities Oversee all prime and sub-Contractor activities Monitoring and control of the project s schedule to guarantee meeting or improving project s milestones Ensure compliance with all applicable construction codes standards and local regulations Ensure adherence with all design and specifications requirements Responsible for the achievement of all the goals of the Quality Management Plan. Ensure on-site environmental health and safety requirements are met Coordinate on-site logistics by direct communication with the client s representatives and site managers Responsible for all on-site and Contractor controlled documentation. Qualifications Qualified candidates will ideally have 5 years of experience managing industrial construction sites and should have commanding knowledge and experience supervising industrial installations including but not limited to building ventilation environmental control chilled & hot water generation and distribution chemicals storage and distribution structural steel installations concrete works and instrument controls among others. Good communication skills are essential. Spanish speaking and writing is a big plus for this location. Computer skills are a must including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel).
