Job Position Food Service SupervisorNumber of Available Positions One (1)Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and co-ordinate the works of servers and kitchen staff who prepare portion and serve food for customers. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for beverage and food preparation. Establish a method to meet work schedules of servers and kitchen staff. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and company policies. Maintain accurate records of stock sales and wastage. Train servers and kitchen staff in job duties sanitation and safety procedure. Address customers complaints or concerns. Working Conditions Hourly Wage C 14.50 per hour Work Hours 30 40 hours per week (Full-time) Job Type Permanent Vacation 5.77% of gross salary for vacation pay Work Location 408 Ellice Street Moosomin SK S0G 3N0 Requirements Completion of secondary school is required. Completion of a college program in food service administration hotel and restaurant management or related discipline OR a minimum 1 year of experience in food preparation or service is required Functional English to do the job is required.
