Position Info Position Cook Terms of employment Full-time Permanent Wage 15.00 18.00 hour (depending on experience) Working Hours 30 44 hours week Number of Positions 2 Work Location 36 Mcdougall Street West Alexandria ON K0C 1A0 Benefits 4% vacation pay Job Duties Prepare and cook complete meals and individual food items. Estimate and plan food portions and food requirements. Maintain inventory and records of food supplies and equipment. Monitor and order ingredients supplies and equipment as required. Schedule and supervise kitchen staff and helpers. May participate in hiring and training new kitchen staff. Ensure kitchen and work areas are clean and sanitized. Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures. Oversee kitchen operations. Job requirements Experience 2 3 years of commercial cooking experience are required. Education Completion of Secondary School is required.
