Not only do we serve variety of gelato and coffee but we also serve other food and drinks that meet different needs.We are currently hiring full-time server at our location who can work with and support other staffs at Brazza Gelato and Caffee. Employer name Brazza Gelato and CaffeeWork Location 1846 Lonsdale Ave North Vancouver BC V7M 2J9Position Title ServerTerms of Employment Full-time PermanentEstimated Starting Date As soon as possiblePosition available 2Wage 15.20 per hour (depending on experience)Work Hours 35 hours per weekBenefit 4% Vacation Pay per year & TipsJob Duties Greet and guide customers through the menu answer questions make recommendations and suggest appropriate meals if required Taking food and beverage orders Work as a team to ensure every customer visiting Brazza Gelato and Caffee is fully satisfies with both food and service Assisting the kitchen staffs by informing each customer s food allergies information (if applicable) in order to accommodate food dishes Assisting in ensuing a clean and safe restaurant environment Prepare the bills for the customers and take the cash & make change. Qualification Completion of secondary education is not mandatory but preferred Previous work experience in a restaurant or cafe setting would be beneficial but if no experience on-the-job training will be provided Since a server at Brazza Gelato and Caffee will directly deal with customers the candidate should be able to show English ability (working knowledge) Ability to deal calmly with emergencies Attention to detail combination of sitting standing and walking required Ability to deal with a diversity of people in a calm courteous and effective manner.
