La coach, conferenciante y speaker Rosaura Alastruey ?especializada en networking, LinkedIn y formación de directivos- fue la iniciadora de los encuentros Humanos con Empresa en marzo del 2020, en los inicios de la pandemia. Fruto de su pasión por la creación y desarrollo de contactos profesionales, Alastruey decidió organizar encuentros por Zoom una vez al mes entre profesionales de los Empresa Humanos, con la finalidad de intercambiar impresiones, compartir inquietudes en tiempos de crisis, plantear retos, proponer ideas y, en definitiva, ayudarse entre todos a mejorar sus habilidades profesionales y a dar a conocer oportunidades profesionales. De ahí surgió la idea para crear este proyecto, Humanos con Empresa, integrado por 12 profesionales top de los RR.HH. como: Nieves Martínez, Óscar Cabo, Patricia Villanova, Sabina Divosi, Dina Cardona, Daniel Samora, Cristina Tenas, Carmen Ma?ez, Ana Castro, Catalina Vacas, Estel Alsina, y la misma Rosaura Alastruey.
