Ensure that food and service meet quality and safety control standards portion temperature presentation order work environment safety and cleanliness etc. Prioritize and organize the tasks for smooth operations in kitchen. Make a schedule for the employees in the kitchen considering daily deployment plans and business trend. Establish methods to meet work schedules. Maintain records of stock the items small tools in kitchen. Train of new hired employees in our kitchen.
