Plan and design decorative food displays. Create new menus and recipes following quality standards. Estimate food requirements and may estimate costs. Requisition food and kitchen supplies. Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs. Ensure food meets quality standards. May participate in hiring and training kitchen staff. Co-operate with other staff in preparation cooking garnishing and presentation of food. Job requirements Experience 2 3 years of experience as a chef are required.
