Position Info Position College Instructor Terms of employment Full-time Permanent Wage 36.25 40.00 hour (depending on experience) Working Hours 30 40 hours week Number of Positions 1 Work Location 300-1050 West Pender Street Vancouver BC V6E 3S7 Benefits 4% vacation pay 50 50 Dental and health benefits after 3 months of employment Job Duties Teach train and lead students in accordance with a plan of courses and programs. Deliver lectures and presentations. Supervise independent or group projects and hands-on training. Create curriculum and prepare teaching materials and outlines for courses. Assess students progress by evaluation methods. Advise students on program curricula and career decisions. May provide individualized tutorials or instruction to students with special needs. May serve on faculty committees for required matters such as curriculum revision course requirements or students applications. Job requirements Experience Experience is an asset. Education A bachelor s degree a college diploma or demonstrated expertise in the field of instruction is required.
