The PeopleReady located at Hamilton Ontario L8E 2X3 is currently hiring a Construction Labour Job Description Job position can include (but is not limited to) demolition cleaning emergency flood service restorative drying fire and smoke damage cleaning and deodorization content cleaning pack out and storage and other specialized cleaning both on site and in the warehouse. Shift Timing - All Available Responsibilities Include Moving securing installing building loading or unloading materials Assisting in the building or construction of various things Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training Effectively using heavy and light equipment depending on the jobsite assignment Moving items from place to place according to direction from the site supervisor Moving dirt or other material as directed in plans or by supervisor Qualifications Comprehensive understanding of customer service principles and practices. Ability to work within a team or independently as needed. Physical Demands Frequent lifting from 5-40 lbs unassisted (from 35-65% of the time). Occasional lifting from 41 lbs assisted (up to 50% of the time) Access and mobility in tight spaces. Sustained periods of standing sitting walking bending and kneeling. Covid Screening required
