Establish work schedules and procedures. Ensure that food service meets quality control standards. Train food service workers in job duties sanitation and safety procedures. Resolve complaints or inquiries from customers. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. Keep records of stock repairs and wastage. May assist in hiring food service staff when required. Job requirements Experience 1 2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required. Education Completion of secondary school is required.
