Resolve customers complaints or concerns. Keep records such as the amount and cost of foods served and hours worked by employees. Inspect serving areas and foods to ensure that they meet quality standards. Assign and coordinate the work of employees to improve operational performance. Oversee the activities of staff and educate them to perform their jobs. Assist in the hiring of food service staff as required.
