Are you results driven and skillful in communicating with customers and team members Note - Pay rate for this job is 19.23 Hour plus benefits. Shift timing - 1st shift (Day) Responsibilities Take notes of visit from sales rep and enter into CRM Task any items from notes Complete action items Quoting sample requests product sourcing Enter all customer orders into system Schedule customer follow up appointments Handle customer concerns Customer spend analysis Follow up with vendors on lead times Handle customer pricing Move prospects through the pipeline Qualifications GED or equivalent Highly effective communication skills Proficient computer skills Customer service or sales support experience Legally eligible to work in Canada 18 years of age or older
