The PeopleReady located at Cambridge Ontario N1R 3C5 is currently hiring a Staffing Specialist Sales Support Job Description As a staffing specialist you will provide support to the Branch Manager by assisting with daily operations. You will generate sales set appointments meet with new and existing clients and oversee their accounts with service excellence. This position assists new associates with the employment process and assesses candidate strengths and skills to facilitate a great match for assignments. Note - Pay rate for this position is 18 Hour Shift - 1st Shift (Day) Responsibilities The staffing specialists job builds business relationships with customers and temporary associates Calls customers to generate repeat sales and sets sales appointments Delivers marketing materials to potential clients Assists new applicants with the employment process Qualifies potential temporary associates for eligibility to work Selects associates for job assignments and directs them to the job site location. Qualifications Ability to thrive in a fast changing environment and multi-task and prioritize as needed. Background check required
