The dishwashers efficiently clean cooking utensils and serviceware. The dishwasher will also assist- in maintaining clean kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment. Pay Rate for this Job is 11 Hour Shift Timings - 2nd Shift (Evening) & Weekends Responsibilities Include Washes pots pans and trays and polishes silver. Segregates and removes trash and places it in the designated containers. Sweeps and mops floors washes worktables walls refrigerators and all other surface areas. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas restocks tools and supplies for the next shift. Walks the floors and picks up any room service bar trays. Maintains temperature logs keeps walk in cooler freezer organized. Busses tables. May assist in setting up banquet tables. Helps line cook properly store food prep and date food. Qualifications Knowledge of food service regulations. Skillfully uses hand tools or machines needed for the position. Able to work in fast paced environment. Able to lift carry or pull objects that may be heavy able to stand for extended periods of time. Able to prioritize organize and manage multiple tasks. Background Check Required
