Note - Pay Rate for this Job is 15 Hour Shift Timing2nd Shift (Evening) and Weekends Responsibilities Run physical testing and quality assurance tasks to ensure product quality and food safety Conduct environmental monitoring remediation activities and verifies efficacy of follow-up efforts Conduct GMP and sanitation internal audits provide feedback and suggest solutions resolutions Record performance results Analyze defect results and interpret variance Understand production process and how it relates to quality control Ensures cleaning chemicals are used and handled properly Maintains and adheres to safety awareness Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or equivalent Relevant QA Troubleshooting experience required Computer entry and or typing skills desirable Ability to read and comprehend written work instructions Ability to add and subtract whole numbers fractions and decimals using direct reading gauges rulers and scales Must maintain FDA GMP BATF EPA OSHA and employer standards and guidelines Background check and drug screening required Lifting 30 lbs. unassisted
