We pre-qualify applicants in order to provide the best quality candidates to the numerous Hospitality Companies who work with us nationwide.Job SummaryWhite Lodging is one of the county s leading hotel management companies that was founded in 1985 where it once only held and managed 16 hotels in the early 2000 s and how has more than 90 premium hotels. That is not including about 30 restaurants and 30 brands in 20 states. White Lodging is looking to hire a Director of Talent Development to lead the tea to manage the training and learning management processes. This role will need to partner with senior leaderhip at the Corporate office and as well as the leadership within the different properties. This role will need to indentify learning opportunites develop contect and deliver programs across the portfolio. Major Responsiblities but not limited to - Oversee the planning and execution of the strategies within the Talent Development department.- Partner with operations to identify areas of opportunity for learning for all hourly management and senior level associates- Evaluate effectiveness of current training programs and make recommendations based on analytics- Maximize technology of the learning platform and evaluate effectiveness- Ensure training supports performance improvement and the company s overall goals- Create and support tools that communicate career growth and development in the company- Responsible for metrics such as program compliance and training completion- Support organizational growth by overseeing the training of all new hotels and restaurants- Lead the Talent Development team and mentor support their growthJob Requirements - 3 years in Director level HR experience OR 5 years in Sr. Management HR experience - Must be able to lead a strong team of a minimum of 4 people - Must show proven record of developed programs training material onboarding processes etc- Hospitality experience is preferred - Travel is requiredSkills - Strong leadership skills- Strong Coaching and mentoring skills- Strategic and projecr management skills- Proven results in recruiting- Able to manage multiple priorities and competing demands to meet deadlines and goals- Working knowledge of international employee rules and regulations To submit your application for this job please go to s hospitality.greatjob.net jobtools jncustomsearch.viewFullSingle in_organid 18607& in_jnCounter 223062047& in_skills MRT%2F1278623PeopleScout is the Recruiting Services Provider for World Class Hospitality Companies
