Never married and have no heir and haven t given up yet. I ve done OK establishing some good rental income properties on my own but no success in lasting love. I ve had many relationships with women that had their own children with others. Time does not give a damn about my life or desires and I may very well pass before I ve acheived either I ve been in love but it didn t last. I ve helped raise children but not my own. I ve lived long enough to realize finding love with a woman that wants what I do may not happen. I may however find a woman that wants to be my partner in creating an heir that I can leave my property to. I m not rich but not poor. I ve made an honest living taking care of my tenants which has provided me a good living. I ve always felt if I were to hook up with the right woman we together would have double the success to share with our child.
