70 y.o. Retired male 9 year Navy Vet .. I Live on my Social Security Benefit of 1260 a month. Willing to offer (preferably a retired semi-retired home owner) 500 guaranteed per month towards a LONG term lease until my Demise.. Specifically looking for 300 sq ft space with bath and kitchenette some room for woodworking tools and wood material.. ( I create wall ART and wood game boards with customwood frames ...SEE ATTACHMENT) Am seeking NON advertised living space from someone (OR someone you know) whom has a little extra space or property. Small old house converted detached garage farm bunk house maybe something of this nature. Small communities preferred. I am able to do some minor repairs and painting.
