Some overtime available and there my be times when you are on call. 40 hours a week Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) Pay Rate for this Job is 18 Hour Responsibilities Include Removing debris from apartments Painting and making any repairs to walls and such Will be responsible for minor plumbing issues Outside grounds maintenance Ability to switch out light fixtures Qualifications Valid transportation Able to stand on your feet 8 hours a day
