Matrix Providers - Caring for America s military familyServing America s military family by aligning exceptional healthcare workers with rewarding career opportunities.We are hiring for a civilian Clinical Psychologist to join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our veterans and their families at Annapolis Naval Health Clinic in MD. Status Full-Time Schedule Services shall be provided in the Primary Care Clinic Monday through Friday between the hours of 0700-1830 and in the Brigade Medical Unit Monday through Friday between the hours of 0630-2100. Shifts will normally be scheduled for an 8.5 to 9 hour period to include an uncompensated 30 to 60 minute lunch break respectively. In no instance will the HCW be required to provide services in excess of 80 hours per two-week period. Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays 401(k) Plan The Adult Psychologist must have the following qualifications Doctorate in clinical or counseling psychology from an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited program and must have completed an APA-approved clinical psychology internship. Graduate from an American Psychology Association accredited college or university with a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology. BLS shall be renewed every two years. Have experience as a Clinical Psychologist of at least 2 years within the preceding 36 months. Must have and maintain a current license to practice Clinical or Counseling Psychology in any one of the 50 states the District of Columbia Puerto Rico Guam or the US Virgin Islands that allows for the independent practice of clinical services. Due to contractual obligations with the DoD Health Care Workers performing under this contract must either be a U.S. citizen or as defined by the Department of Homeland Security U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services either a noncitizen national of the United State lawful permanent resident of the United States or alien authorized to work in the United StatesYou will love being part of the Matrix family of Providers whose focus has been selflessly giving back to our hard-working and devoted military servicemen and women since day one.
