This is an excellent opportunity to work with a local manufacturing company. This is a temp-to-hire position offering weekly pay. The boat loader drives forklift and yard tractors in order to move boats for shipment from the plant following safety guidelines and designated procedures Pay Rate for this Job is 17.50 Hour Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day) Responsibilities Load finished boats for shipment from the plant. Move boats and equipment to loading area and loads items on trailers or containers. Secures boats and equipment for transport. Cutting wooden rigging elements. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Three months experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. Previous forklift operation required. Detailed and organized person with ability to read and understand production schedule. Computer skills preferred.
