Responsibilities include The Senior Manager Digital Platforms & Strategy is a key member of the Gaylord Hotels marketing team. The individual strategically manages Gaylord Hotels web and email marketing platforms and products. This position will work closely with our Gaylord Hotels brand marketing & management team property marketing leaders global Marriott International digital teams and vendors partners to build out Gaylord Hotels digital ecosystem and customer journey. This individual strategizes plans directs and coordinates activities across multiple associates and digital work streams to ensure strategies and tactics are implemented according to the digital plan and meets Gaylord Hotels business objectives. This includes demand generation and comms operational experiences such as optimization to room night revenue and ancillary revenue for various customer segments integrated marketing plans built around lifecycle and loyalty initiatives and guest experience platform connectivity such as our wayfinidng app. The Senior Manager Digital Platforms & Strategy will ensure the development and delivery of customized digital products while understanding hotel and field needs in regard to product sets deadlines and deliverables (including but not limited to on-platform m.com custom sites Eloqua email platform and third-party partner sites. CANDIDATE PROFILE EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE PREFERRED 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration Communications Marketing or related subject area 5 years of relevant professional experience including websites eCommerce and or digital product management.
