Service & Installations Coordinator - Canton Ohio - JOB 22-00217 Hourly Rate 15.00 - 20.00 HR Permanent Position with Benefits Canton Ohio Company is seeking a Service & Installations Coordinator. The Service & Installations Coordinator s service side will answer customer service phone calls. Assist with basic trouble shooting. Assist users with password resets VKP users panel test etc. Schedule all service tickets for all branches. Ensure service technicians are fully scheduled. Define annual on call schedule. Monitor late to test customers based on standard operating procedures which includes calling emailing sending letters and or scheduling service. Support Service Supervisor. Key duties for Installation side Prepare and submit required contractor registrations. Prepare and submit necessary insurance paperwork for bonds or other insurance as required for Installations. Manage and renew all business licenses. Prepare and submit permit applications based on tasks in job queue. Ensure plans drawings are submitted approved and returned. Put customer accounts online after installation and successful zone testing. Mail completion packets to newly online customers REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or GED required Experience scheduling product installations or repairs highly desired. Experience Knowledge in the Customer Service Security systems industry preferred Must have excellent customer service problem-solving and collaborating skills Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality. Must have a high attention to detail Must have good analytical skills Commercial & Residential Security industry experience preferred Must have a valid driver s license and a clean driving record Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) experienced Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Must be 21 years of age or older Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
