If there are major stains heavy odors we recommend the carpet shampooing service to guarantee optimum results. Carpet ShampooingCarpet shampoo solution applied to carpeted areas carpet must be vacuumed before if we must vacuum before shampooing there is an additional fee added to the service. If there are major stains pet urine heavy odors we will apply pre-treatment solution to guarantee optimum results. Floor WaxingFloors must be thoroughly swept prior to the stripping of the floors. Then we apply wax to the flooring areas. Typically 2 coats of wax. If a client wants 3 coats or more there is an additional fee for the labor service. Clients can purchase their own stripper wax or we can supply it at an additional fee. Meal Prep Meals are prepared for a client based on their preferences diet. Typically 7 meals are prepped placed in storage containers and refrigerated in the clients home. If you are seeking assistance with family meal prep we offer that as well. However you must supply all ingredients items needed to prepare the meal in your kitchen. Once the meals are prepared your kitchen will be cleaned meaning stove utensils dishes used to complete the meal. Laundry Care We will wash dry and fold your laundry. If you would like the laundry put away simply inform us. This service is charged per load. You must have a washer dryer in your residence along with detergents softeners bleach or whatever items you use to typically clean your laundry. IroningWe will iron your clothes. This service is charged per item ironed. Clothing must be clean free of rips tears heavy stains. If we must wash clothing beforehand then iron there is an additional fee. Organization DeclutteringWe will clean organize declutter any area of your home or the general home itself. This service is charged per hour depending on what needs to be completed. We do ask that you clarify what you want done. Hoarder Cleaning Hoarded Home CleaningWe will declutter organize and thoroughly clean a hoarded residential space or commercial space. This service is typically charged per day. Client must provide an area for trash bulk trash to be placed. Client must also provide black commercial trash bags for the service to be completed. Understand that this isn t typically a one-day job sometimes it may take 2 days or so to complete depending on the hoarded severity. Each residence is different. Airbnb Cleaning Vrbo CleaningWe clean Airbnb also Vrbo properties units. We understand turnovers and the importance of maintaining these units for availability. We prefer that a client has more than (1) unit however we will clean 1 unit. Airbnb rates are based on of rooms. We also prefer that the client has LINEN replacements available or a washer dryer on site. We do not provide laundry care off site. So please either have replacement LINENS or a washer dryer on site of your units. Commercial CleaningWe clean commercial properties as well. Ranging from offices warehouses medical suites salons restaurants newly renovated properties newly constructed properties banquet halls entertainment properties retail properties grocery stores and more.
