Pay Rate for this Job is 15 Hour Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) & Weekends Responsibilities Preparing a variety of foods for cooking according to instructions. Receiving and storing food supplies and equipment. Cleaning and sanitizing work areas equipment etc. Storing food in designated containers and storage areas. Recording temperatures in storage areas. Temperatures are in compliance with health codes. Working concession stand Food Runners. Preparing and cooking food according to recipes Observing and testing foods to determine if thy are cooked sufficiently Utilizing blenders cutlery and ovens to prepare food. Qualifications Some experience preferred but not necessary. Works in all weather Weekends & some holidays mandatory. Available 7 days a week but will be given a schedule w 2 days off.
