Job descriptionApproved Staffing Services LLC is a staffing firm with over 10 years of industrial staffing success We are Hiring Immediately for an Electric Pallet Jack Operator position in an exciting warehouse facility Come work with Approvedstaffing.Pallet Jack Operator is responsible for the safe operating and managing of industrial equipment to load unload and move product and packaging from storage areas machines and loading docksLook through work orders to determine loading and unloading activities for the day. Load and unload boxes from delivery trucks and place them on delivery pallets. Place unloaded boxes on forklifts or use forklifts to pick up heavy boxes. Stack items in a safe manner so that they do not fall. Move stacked goods to the storage areas and ensure that they are properly stacked in their designated areas. Select items from storage areas and ensure that correct items have been picked by verifying information on them. Move picked pulled orders from storage areas and place them on pallets. Check for batch numbers and affix pricing labels on each item or box. Ensure the accurate quantity of each item picked by referring to work orders. Reload boxes on forklifts and deliver them to delivery areas. Ensure that all necessary paperwork is included in the shipment papers. Perform preventative and regular maintenance tasks of assigned forklifts. Forklift Operator Job Requirements If you have some experience working in a warehouse or dockyard environment you will be considered a viable candidate.
