The Accounting Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to our Finance andAccounting teams. Responsibilities include managing expense reportsandreimbursements entering financial transactions reconciling invoices and various other accounting tasks. Pay Rate for this Job is 20.00 Hour Shift Timings 1st Shift (Day) Responsibilities Include Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies Follow up on purchase orders Process reimbursement forms Prepare bank deposits Enter financial transactions and physical financial records Support with quarterly and annual audits Reconcile finance accounts and debits Perform other duties as assigned Work mandatory overtime as needed Store Rest. Work week is Sunday through Thursday (Graveyard 9 00 pm start time)
