This is a great opportunity to advance your Human Resources skills and knowledge. Pay Rate for this Job is 22 Hour Shift Timing - 1st Shift (Day). Responsibilities Include Recruit and screen applicants in support of department managers. Provide new employee orientation training and benefit processing. Be the company Cheerleader to promote a positive work environment. Mentor shift supervisors and help with disciplinary activities. Administer training programs and records Administer HR record keeping Act as point of contact and corporate interface for benefits and workers compensation programs. Maintain files of important records Qualifications Education AA Degree and 2-3 years experience minimum Experience Working knowledge of HR practices and OSHA requirements. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with others. Background check and drug screening required Split time between in office and remote
