Immediate opportunity Are you looking for General Labour - Packaging Worker working in the Burlington region that bus route accessible from Hamilton Do you have any General Labour - Packaging Worker experience We looking for talented individuals who will be responsible for a variety of General Labour - Packaging Worker tasks working in a strong team environment and who is highly motivated to get This is a seasonal temporary opportunity Shifts available Days 7 00am 3 30pm or Afternoons 3 30pm 11 30pm No rotating shifts Pay Rate 17.00 per hour 4% vacation pay Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) 2nd Shift (Evening) Responsibilities Include Placing empty bags on the machine belt The machine belt will grab the empty bag and filled automatically fill the bag with the sand. Ensure that the machine is grabbing the bags correctly. The machine claw will grab the bag off the belt and place on the pallet and sometimes the bag rips. You will be responsible to offload the pallet and remove the defective bag of sand and repalletize the pallet of sand. Plant clean-up and using the industrial sweeper to tidy up the floors. Shrink wrap the skids and place shipping label on the shipment pallet. Qualifications Weekly pay Bus accessible Excellent attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills Must have CSA approved steel toed safety shoes Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand walk for the duration of the shift
