Immediate opportunity We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good attention to detail for the position of fabricator. Fabricators are responsible for adhering to a production schedule ensuring that all parts are properly fitted aligned and secured and ensuring that safety standards are always met among other duties. Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day) Pay Rate for this Job is 12 Hour - 13 Hour Responsibilities Reading and understanding assembly instructions ensuring that the required parts are present and meeting quality control standards Preparing metal tubes bars and other materials and staging them forthe next operation (which is performed by Fabrication Welding). Running machines such as bandsaw tube cutters deburr Resizing dies metal benders CNC etc. Measuring cutting deburring and staging of Raw materials as per our manufacturing processes and instructions using Manufacturing jigs per instructions. Executing all work assigned in a timely and accurate manner againsttime and quality standards. Ensuring that orders are fulfilled with 100% accuracy and with minimal scrap. Perform Daily TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) reviews for all assigned equipment. Clean area machines etc. Provide input and ideas for continuous improvements that can be made in the process equipment or tools. Qualifications Fabricators with at least one year experience.
