CNC Machinist Operator - Canton OH - JOB 22-00341 Hourly Rate 20.00 - 22.00 HR Permanent Positions with Benefits A well-established hand tool manufacturer located in Canton has an immediate need for a CNC Machinist Operator. The work environment is modern with an emphasis on quality and safety. This role requires an individual who has hands-on experience operating a wide range of lathes milling machines and or grinders with an emphasis on HAAS lathes. POSITION DUTIES Review prints to visualize machining required Determine appropriate tooling and set-up operate equipment for production runs Perform in-process inspection using standard measuring equipment Follow all ISO 9001 procedures and work instructions as they apply Other general work-related duties as assigned This position will not have to be able to set up machines necessarily. Just run them. REQUIREMENTS HS diploma and appropriate vocational training Demonstrated ability to read and interpret prints and layouts Experience with the operation of CNC and manual machining equipment. Set-up experience a plus. Ability to use all inspection equipment Must be computer literate Ability to work in tandem with work associates in a professional friendly manner A strong commitment to quality and safe work practices Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
