I need a fisherman to proxy fish for me

I am over 74 and recovering from almost a dozen surgeries. I can no longer fish or hunts and can t afford to buy fish for the winter. I have a valid hunting license and the proxy form. All I need is for some kind so to agree to fish for me. Then we can go validated at Fish and Game and I give him my license and the proxy form. I will take all the fish that I can get at this point. I had a lot of bad luck which included plumbers accidentally leaving my freezer in the garage open. The freezer burnt out and I lost everything and now I m trying to replace anything I can.
