Cinderella Beauty Clinic is an Esthetic and Laser Clinic with locations in Burnaby and Richmond BC. We are a premier aesthetics clinic providing aesthetic injectable laser treatments facials body contouring and medical grade skin care. Our clinic is currently looking for Esthetic Service Managers to join our team. The Esthetic Service Manager is responsible for the following tasks Manage the daily operations of the clinic including supervision of staff coordinate work routines ensure clinic standards are upheld in every way. Establish goals and procedures provide clear directions to the clinic s services and operation and monitor progress to achieve desired results Ensure safety and hygiene practices are implemented across all clinic stations. Ensure all beautician nurse and doctor are equipped with tools and equipment needed to serve our client s needs Maintain inventory for administrative supplies Aesthetic tools equipment as well as retail products. Place orders in a timely manner to avoid shortage. Plan and control the operating budget to achieve annual targets Create and maintain of operating records such as payroll reporting sales reporting cash control etc. Work with marketing staff the clinic s promotions and offerings Be aware of guest experience manage customer concern and resolve customer complaints. Highlight of Qualification Completion of secondary school is required. 1-3 years of related experience in similar industry or position is required.
