Job Description - Employer Sushi Lover Enterprises Ltd. dba Sushi U- Position Food Service Supervisor- Work Location 5-5901 E Broadway St Burnaby BC V5B 2Y1- Wage 17 per hour- Work Hours 30-40 hours per week- Terms of Employment Full-time Permanent- Benefit 4% of gross salary or 10 days paid vacation- Vacancy 1- Language English Job duties Supervise co-ordinate and schedule the activities who prepare portion and serve food. Record and report sales wastes and incidents. Track and order ingredients and supplies required for food service. Establish schedule of staffs and evaluate staff work performance. Train staffs in job duties and sanitation and safety procedure. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Job Requirements - Education Completion of high school is required.- Experience Six months to one year Or Completion of community college program in food service administration hotel and restaurant management is required.
