Responsible for the care and repair of company-owned property (e.g. vacuums and other products used on-the-job) Performs additional miscellaneous duties as required by the client and or management Exhibit professionalism and be courteous at all times Dust high and low surfaces (above shoulder height) Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms and restores dispensers with soap and paper products Removes trash relines trash containers cleans receptacles if required and takes trash to dumpster Dust mop and damp mops floors vacuum shampoo carpeted floors Cleans additional rooms as requested (e.g. after special event or meeting) Replace cleans soiled draperies Clean refrigerators and other areas as instructed by manager.
