Purchasing and Accounting Analyst Crescent Hotels & Resorts LLC Fairfax VA.Assist in preparation of Project PIP template conversations communicate with foreign owners.Assist in preparation of Project Design Standards Conversions into foreign currency equivalents.Assist in preparation of bidding documents and ensure all documentation is in order.Assist in Project Accounting actions of invoice managing and tracking invoice preparation invoice and order reconciliation and project closeout.Process proof of delivery and receiving documents.Monitor daily tracking of active purchasing projects to include project purchasing progress.Prepare weekly invoices for project and purchasing related expenses and submit to the project accountant for approval.Reconcile processed checks to the corresponding invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment submittal to vendor.Distribute project close out documentation to vendors.Audit projects to ensure all PMA Insurance certificates have been received.Telecommuting permissible.Requirements Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management or related.
