As a leader you would be expected to inspire and motivate the team under you to deliver the best-in-class services to the rest of the organization. Responsibilities As Senior Manager you will be instrumental in leading a team of SW QA Automation engineers YOU will drive new automation processes standards tools training and proposals YOU will collaborate with other managers and leaders from across the organization to deliver on common goals YOU will lead automation enhancements in reporting results providing timely information to project leads to make informed quality decisions and provide analysis tools for tracking result trends and quality benchmarks Required skills BSEE BSCS coupled with 5 years in engineering management 5 years of experience in automation testing integrated with the CI CD pipeline Hands-on experience with automation modularization APIs standards and frameworks Experience championing automation deliverables in Agile SW development processes Extensive knowledge of Automation frameworks environments and practices Outstanding communication presentation and influencing skills Desirable Skills Knowledge of routing and switching technologies Experience as a Scrum Master or leading Scrums Experience with lab infrastructure Note 1 If applying to work in Canada You MUST be legally entitled to work in Canada (i.e. possess Canadian Citizenship Permanent Residency or Valid Work Permit).
