Functional Wabco VICO Road Grader we have been using on our ranch for about 15 years outside Sturgis South Dakota for our gravel road and dirt roads on our ranch which we got from the Newell DOT. We replaced starter system and keep this in our shop. Starts well. Includes two extra tires for the front as we put on smaller tires which we got at a Sturgis DOT auction. It also comes with 2 complete sets of tire chains (4 chains) for winter use. (Chains cost us 1000). Have a lot of photos and serial number. 28 feet length. Side windows have hail damage.
