Lead daily social learning and physical activities for all children in classes such as telling or reading stories teaching songs doing circle activities etc. 2. Prepare develop and implement programs based on curriculum and instruction plans to foster physical cognitive 3. Encourage and assist each child in carrying out daily routines 4. Foster and maintain a safe clean and well-kept environment for all children to help the children feel comfortable and confident within their surroundings 5. Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating dressing and toilet habits 6. Identify and adapt to each child s individual personality skills interests and needs 7. Observe the children s behavior and assess the progress of children s development and prepare notes or report to communicate with parents and supervisor manager 8.
