Program Manager needs 5 years professional Business Analysis experience or related experience preferredProgram Manager requires Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Administration or Computer Information Systems or 5-10 Years equivalent business experience. Minimum of 2 years SAP (Callidus) Commissions specific experience with certification Experience in business needs analysis system configuration and design system documentation data integration and testing are critical. Solid organizational and multitasking skills to include effective time management Strong analytical skills disciplined attention to detail highly organized and thorough Proven experience developing verifying and writing business & functional requirements applying configuration changes conducting workflow analyses and documenting test plans. Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure. Expertise in MS Excel experience with pivot tables complex formulas lookup functions nested IF statements etc. and PowerPoint presentation creation. Availability during CST working hours Preferred experience with other tools such as Salesforce Oracle CPQ Workday PowerBi and .NET SQL Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization including Sales Management Executives Program Manager duties Work with the North America Total Rewards and Incentive comp teams on the design development and implementation of incentive compensation programs and projects within SAP Callidus Cloud and .NET programs Partners with Managed Services (IT) to ensure the on-going operations and maintenance of the ICM and its various interfaces to other systems. Manage user roles profiles security procedures workflow rules and dashboards Research and answers end user questions and performs trouble shooting when issues arise Assists end users in assessing data in a useful and efficient manner for analysis and decision-making purposes. Understands the inter-relationship of different models and calculations as well as the impact from other systems (Workday Salesforce Oracle etc). Responsible for Developing business and functional requirement specifications for application development modifications and or configurations. Translate business requirements into system requirements. Identify business impacts where applicable as well as test changes and enhancements and ensure compliance with the overall governance of the data. Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements to gain long term process efficiencies and more effective work-flow strategies. Develop audits and reporting to ensure compliance with the Sales Commission Plans.
