Product Support Engineer

We are seeking a team-oriented Product Support Engineer for our manufacturing client located near Manchester NH. Monday Friday full time first shift.Responsible for providing technical support to its customers representatives and distributors including pre- and post-sales support selection of machines and set-up programming troubleshooting and product training. Approximately 25% travel to customer sites.Must have strong technical aptitude (mechanical and electrical) customer support multi-tasking communication and presentation skills.Associates degree and two years of related work experience or equivalent combination is required. Bi-lingual (English Spanish) is preferred. Must have a valid driver s license. Ability to lift 40 pounds alone and up to 100 pounds with assistance.Competitive salary and benefits package.
